What we do

Low Beacon is the online products business of Matyáš Proll, a web developer and sole trader based in the Czech Republic. We build small, focused software tools and digital products (web apps, templates, guides) and offer productized online services such as automation and web work for small businesses. Every product gets its own page with a clear description and price.

Our first products launch in autumn 2026. This page will link to each of them as they go live.

How buying works

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Charges appear on your statement as LOWBEACON.COM.
• Digital products are delivered by e-mail immediately after payment; services are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page.
• You receive a receipt by e-mail for every purchase.

Refunds and support

If something you bought does not work as described, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full. Consumers in the EU also have their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which the above does not limit.

Terms

The seller is Matyáš Proll, sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, trade ID (IČO) 18027181, registered address Kochova 3694/15, 430 01 Chomutov, Czech Republic. Purchases are governed by Czech law; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Prices are shown including any applicable taxes at checkout. We collect only the data needed to deliver what you bought and delete it on request.
